Outside the EU

Sale at net price to private individuals and traders outside the EU:

The sale of vehicles to private individuals and traders outside the EU is possible at the net price. You will receive a ready-made export declaration from us for this purpose.

The VAT will be deposited with us as a deposit.

As soon as you have left the EU with the vehicle, you will receive a customs stamp on your export declaration. Send this document back to us as an original (together with your bank details) or submit it to us in person. We will then immediately pay the VAT deposit back to you.

Within the EU

Sale to private individuals within the EU:

Sales to private individuals within the EU are made in the same way as sales to private individuals within Germany (vehicle price including 19% VAT).

Sale at net price to traders within the EU:

The sale of vehicles to traders within the EU is possible at net price.

In order to sell at the net price, we need a positive statement from the Federal Office of Finance. To obtain this, we need the following documents:

The address of your company (as reported)
Proof of your VAT identification number
Tax registration with your tax office
Your entry in the commercial register or your trade registration
The ID of the managing director / owner
